Your business is very important to us. Please contact customer service at 1-800-343-3166 between 9am and 5pm. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday within 3 days of receiving damaged, defective or miss-etched product for credit and replacement options.

Please take photos and email to customerservice@fineawards.com along with your order number and any details so we can start the resolution process.

Engraving

FineAwards makes our best effort at all times to get artwork correct you and guarantees to etch artwork exactly as you have approved it. (See Perfect Art Promise).

Damages

Claims for breakage must be made with the carrier within 3 days upon receipt of shipment. In the event of breakage, be sure to save all cartons and packaging for inspection and send pctures to customerservice@fineawards.com

  • All returns MUST receive an RMA # from customer service prior to returning an item(s).
  • Replacements will not be shipped until exchanged merchandise is received.
  • RMA #'s are valid for a period of 30 days from date of issue.
  • NO REFUND or EXCHANGES will be granted without an RMA #.
  • We will not be responsible for any returns received without an RMA #.
  • You must use a major carrier and provide us with the tracking #.

Please Note:

Return all products in like new condition with original packaging if applicable.

Engraved, Imprinted and Customized product is not returnable or refundable, except as described in 110% Satisfaction Guarantee. Non-engraved and non-custom imprinted product in new and resalable condition may be returned for a full refund, less a restocking fee of up to 20% and all return shipping costs.
