Here at FineAwards.com, we've created beautiful awards for a multitude of different companies, but it's always a pleasure to make custom awards with humanitarian organizations that strive to make the world a better place.
Compassion International is a Christian church-based child sponsorship and humanitarian aid organization founded in 1952 that helps with the development of children in poverty-stricken countries. They have established local churches in more than 25 countries worldwide, and they reached out to us to design an award for them.
It all started the same way all our custom awards are conceived, with an idea from the customer. In the request form they wrote, "We hope receiving one of these awards will be a very special privilege and the beginning of a long-standing tradition for our organization. Our vision is to incorporate the leaping figure, "Skippy," and our corporate logo."
We like our customers getting heavily involved in the designing process of our custom awards. For Compassion International, we designed a lovely clear and deep blue award that features their emblem in clear crystal at the top standing on a blue centerpiece where their emblem and organization's name is engraved. The entire body of the award sits on a clear base which ties in the color scheme of the award.
