Health care and medical equipment supply company Hill-Rom hired us to design recognition awards for their top employees, which we proudly did. We love employee recognition here at FineAwards.com as well as working with our clients to properly make a unique award for their company.
We designed an award that really catches your eye. The backdrop of this award features a blue and purple pattern that meets a black acrylic composition of the award. In front of the backdrop, we added the award's "Driver Goal" theme in navy blue as well as a grey target to add a little contrast to the blue font.
The visual flow of these custom awards ends at the bottom and the base that holds the award up. The bottom half of the centerpiece is black as well as the base; this monochromatic color scheme ties all of the different elements and colors together making for an eye-catching award.
