Can I ship to multiple recipients?
Yes, when checking out, you can select to multiship your order. There is a
small handling fee of $10 per address. Additional $5 per address for
deliveries under $14 in value. To let us know all the addresses, please
download and fill out this easy to use Excel Sheet: DOWNLOAD NOW. After you have
filled it out please email

number so we can process your shipments.
When will I receive my order?
All orders require proof approval. After proof approval, your award will ship
after production. Standard production is 4 to 6 buessines days. Some awards
allow for rush production and ship within 2 business days. Then add shipping
time. If you have a tight deadline, please call us at 1-800-343-3166 to
discuss your needs so we can ensure your order arrives on-time.
How much is engraving?
Etching is FREE and includes one surface area with logo, text and
personalization. Additional sides will add $10 per location. Additional
decoration requests such as color-fill or full-color direct printing is $15
per location. No hidden fees!
Where do I send my artwork/logo?
You can upload artwork/logo & add your personalization here online or e-mail
it to customerservice@fineawards.com with your order number.
When will I see a proof?
Yes, our team of artists will email you a free art proof within 2 business
days for your review and approval.
