Scholarship Terms and Conditions


The Custom Award and Recognition Scholarship is open to any high school, College or University student.

Current employees of and members of their immediate families are not eligible to win. Void where prohibited.

Applicants may be required to provide proof of current school enrollment. Failure to produce requested proof will disqualify the applicant.


Beginning January 1st and July 1st of each year, submit an application on our website ( no later than June 15th and December 15th of that year at 11:59 pm Eastern Time.

Limit one (1) application per person per scholarship (awarded bi-annually). By submitting an application, you fully and unconditionally accept and agree to's application process, which is final and binding.

By submitting a video application, you grant a royalty‚Äźfree license to copy, distribute, modify and display your video on the website, social media networks and in their marketing materials. By submitting a video, you allow to share your video with news organizations and give permission for your submission to be broadcasted by news organizations. You also verify no other person or organization has a copyright interest in your video.


Two (2) scholarships in the amount of five hundred dollars ($500) each will be awarded each year. One scholarship will be awarded on June 30th and the other on December 31st.

The scholarship winners will also receive a recognition award to be presented to the person of their choice.

Two (2) other finalists will receive a recognition award to be presented to the person of their choice.

The finalists, and scholarship winners, will be determined by a selection committee of our choice. All decisions of this specified committee are final.

Applicants agree to be bound by official rules and agree that if any scholarship prize recipient fails to provide proof of identity, refuses to provide required affidavit, refuses to complete and provide any requested tax forms (including IRS W-9 form), is found to have violated the official rules or otherwise does not meet eligibility criteria, scholarship prize will be forfeited.

Applicants understand that is not liable for injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation in this scholarship program. is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the scholarship program or in the announcement of the scholarship prize. Taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of scholarship prize recipients. Scholarship prize recipients will be issued 1099 tax forms.

GENERAL PROVISIONS reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the application process, acting in violation of these official rules, submitting responses dishonestly or inaccurately, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
