The winners of this year’s Microsoft Corporations Life Science Innovation Awards, which honors companies who use Microsoft SharePoints software to help life science organizations succeed, were recently announced. The recipient for the Best Innovative Collaboration was NextDocs Corporation for their work with Thermo Fisher Scientific.

The award winners were announced at the Drug Information Association’s annual meeting, which took place in Chicago on June 27.

“Each year, we are impressed with how the winners demonstrate sustainable impacts through technology, and are proud that Microsoft’s software platforms play an important role in enabling these achievements in life sciences,” said Michael Naimoli, the worldwide managing director of the Microsoft Life Sciences sector.

The president of NextDocs expressed that their company is hoping to work with Thermo Fisher again soon in order to provide the best services for each of their customers.
