It was recently announced that McAfee, an online security technology company, was awarded with two separate awards for customer service by both Jive and the Technology Service Industry Association (TSIA). The company received both awards during each company's respective conferences.
McAfee received recognition awards in the Jive Awards' "Engage Customers" category during JiveWorld11 Conference, and they also garnered the Star Awards' "Continuous Support Improvement" award at the TSIA conference.
"These award wins are a testament of our commitment to and focus on our customers," said Barry McPherson, executive vice president of McAfee Worldwide Support. "Our people are passionate about delivering world-class support. It is this dedication that has enabled our continuous operational improvements as well as our consistently increasing customer satisfaction scores."
The company was awarded by TSIA because of their continuous customer service, as they have received high rankings in customer satisfaction for the past three years. In addition, the company continues to evolve but keep the satisfaction rating around the same. J.B. Wood, CEO of TSIA explained that the winners of the Star Awards were dedicated to the technology industry and striving for innovation within it.
