Hank Aaron Award Presented Before Game 5 Monday night

The Hank Aaron Awards will be given this evening before Game 5 to the best offensive players in baseball this year. FineAwards.com is proud to partner with Major League Baseball to create this custom baseball trophy. The FineAwards.com team loves being a part of such a rich tradition.

The awards will be presented by Hank Aaron before Game 5 of the World Series Monday night. Hank Aaron will present the custom baseball trophy to the best offensive player in the American League and the National League. Currently, the St. Louis Cardinals and Texas Rangers are tied with two games each in the series.

The honor is named after the iconic baseball player Hank Aaron, who surpassed Babe Ruth’s home run record of 714. This award was established on the 25th anniversary of Aaron beating the record in 1999.

Previous winners of these custom awards include Manny Ramirez, Sammy Sosa, Jose Bautista, Joey Votto, and even more notably Alex Rodriguez who won the award four times. Barry Bonds also earned the custom baseball trophy three times.

The award was developed and designed by FineAwards.com. This memorable piece features a hand-carved maritaca granite base with a bat and banner metal sculpture to bring the entire award together. This custom design was put on top of a cherry wood base. Finally, the MLB logo is stone etched onto the award for one more detail.
