Forever Customer Visit: Red Lobster

It was a huge treat to visit our client’s brand new headquarters on Tuesday. Red Lobster recently separated from parent company Darden Group and they wasted no time creating their own space that is both impressive and incredibly well designed down to the very last detail. From the nautical colors and flags to the layout that encourages interdepartmental communication to the replica restaurant/kitchen for training, it truly is an office of the future well fit for a company preparing to become a restaurant of the future.

Of course I was most proud to see the custom crystal lighthouse we helped design front and center in their lobby. Red Lobster has made recognition a priority including making each employee a co-founder as they work together to achieve their goals. I want to thank Senior Executive Assistant Tina Desin for the tour and creative business relationship. I will always remember what she told me…”The guest experience should never exceed the team member experience.” Invest in appreciating your loyal employees and it will pay off ten fold.
