The 12th annual Goldie's Gang and JM Lexus Golf Classic will be taking place on Friday, May 18 at the Coral Springs Country Club. This fabulous event works to raise money for Goldie's Gang, a nonprofit charity founded by Steven Goldstein in 1999. The group works to help South Florida's less fortunate children through granting funds to local organizations as well as making monetary donations to fund youth sports teams, leagues and educational endeavors.
Through Goldie's Gang, youngsters have also been able to go out fun outings including trips to Miami Marlins baseball games, Miami Heat basketball games and Miami Dolphins football games.
This year's event is sure to impress and those who sign up to play a round of golf have the chance to win great prizes and recognition awards while raising money for a worthy cause. Goldstein, who lives in South Florida, has been a sports broadcaster since the early 1990s and recently spoke about the event and how important the sponsors, including FineAwards.com which creates the custom awards for the event, have been to making the golf tournaments a success each year.
"[I'd also like to thank] Seth Fine at FineAwards.com, all these companies are contributing to the community through Goldie's Gang so special thanks to them for the golf tournament this year. "
Those interested in playing 18 holes should sign up now, as space is limited.
