You will be prompted at Step 3 of the checkout process to upload your artwork. We do not need your artwork to process your order and you may send later to csdepartment@fineawards.com referencing your order number.

Proofs are sent with every order and nothing is engraved until you have approved your artwork. You will receive a proof within 24-48 hours after your order is placed.
