We can accommodate all rush orders and requests.
Standard Production:
Please allow minimum 5-7 business days to process and ship your awards. We appreciate additional lead time whenever possible to allow our team to manufacture all orders on an as needed basis and guarantee all of our client's in hands dates.
Rush Orders:
| 1.) 48 Hr Awards – Look for our 48 Hr Award icon for all pieces you can choose from that can ship within 48 hours at no additional charge. Orders received after noon EST will be processed the next business day. |

| 2.) All Online Awards – We do not charge anything additional for rush orders other than the cost required to get your crystal/glass shipped into our etching facility as well as any expedited shipping back out to you. You will be notified of approximate shipping costs added to your order. |

| 3.) Stock Awards – We also keep small quantities of some of our online awards in stock to accommodate super rush requests. If you are flexible with the design one of our experts can offer you a few beautiful suggestions for your event that will save you time and money. We are often able to ship these awards out within 24-48 hours or as needed. |
