How are Embedments Made?

You can choose to supply your own items to float inside the award, select from a variety of die-cast figurines and objects, or we can 3D print your logo or other objects. Due to the heating process of the acrylic, we can embed materials such as metal, wood, glass, even some liquids! Once the item has been chosen and the design approved, we surround the item with the liquid Lucite. Then place it in a high-pressure oven that works out air bubbles and makes it crystal clear. After baking, the hardened custom acrylic award is then cut and polished to the a perfect shine. We then add any additional decorating to the outside such as full color printing and personalized engraving.
