Our standard production time is 5-7 days from artwork approval. We will try and accommodate all rush orders and requests.
We do not charge anything additional for rush orders other than the cost required to get your crystal/glass shipped into our etching facility. Custom orders may be subject to additional lead time depending on the project . Contact your project manager for special requirements. You will be notified of approximate shipping costs to be added to your order.
We also keep some of our online products in stock at our etching facility to accommodate your needs. If you are flexible with the design of your crystal or glass award, one of our experts can offer you a couple suggestions for your event that will save you time and money. We are often able to ship these awards out within 24-48 hours or as needed. Orders are shipped UPS prepaid with shipping charges added to the invoice. All orders F.O.B., Hollywood , Florida . C.O.D. orders are available and special shipping requests must be confirmed via email or fax. A $10 handling charge will apply for all orders shipped via third party.
