ENGRAVING ARTWORK - All orders should be accompanied by sharp, black and white, vector artwork. We suggest that you leave type style to the discretion of our art coordinators, but please note if specific font preferred. Etching, personalization and set-ups include basic layout as long as approved artwork is supplied. Additional charges may apply for special need projects.
COLORFILL - Please check with your customer service specialist to obtain information about available colors. A color setup fee of $70.00 per color and a $10.00 per piece charge will apply.
PRODUCTION TIME - Please allow 5-7 business days from art approval for shipping. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
RUSH ORDERS - Rush orders ship within 24-48 hours. We do not charge anything additional for rush orders other than the cost required to get your crystal/glass shipped into our etching facility. Custom orders are subject to additional lead time depending on the project. Contact your customer service representative for special requirements. You will be notified of approximate shipping costs to be added to your order. If you are flexible with the design of your crystal or glass award, one of our experts can offer you a couple suggestions of pieces in stock. It will save you time and money. SHIPPING & HANDLING - Orders are shipped UPS prepaid with shipping charges added to the invoice. All orders F.O.B., Hollywood, Florida. A $10 handling charge will apply for all orders shipped via third party. The item detail page describes the exact packaging available for each award. In a few cases, due to the size of the award, packaging may not be available.
DROP SHIPMENTS - We can drop ship direct to multiple locations. Preprinted labels suitable for mailing may be requested and an extra charge of $10 per package will apply.

RETURNS - Etched awards can not be returned. Blank pieces must be returned within 30 days. You will be credited full price less 10% restocking fee and cost of shipping.
CANCELLATIONS - You have until the end of the business day on the day your order is placed (5:00 pm EST) to cancel your order for a full refund. If cancelled within 24 hours a 10% restocking fee will apply. Orders can not be cancelled once proofs have been sent for approval unless prior authorization is received.
CUSTOM ORDERS - Once a custom order has been accepted it cannot be cancelled. Custom orders are made to your specific requirements and cannot be returned. Please contact customer service at (800) 343-3166 within 3 days of receiving damaged, defective or miss-etched product for credit and replacement options.
DAMAGES - Claims for breakage must be made with the carrier within 3 days upon receipt of shipment. In the event of breakage, be sure to save all cartons and packaging for inspection. Title to goods passes to buyer at F.O.B. point.
SAMPLES - Random samples will be billed at item cost plus shipping. Samples must be returned within 30 days. We will credit your invoice less freight when they are returned. Spec. samples are available at $10 plus cost of the item and shipping once a purchase order has been received.
