ARTWORK - All orders should be accompanied by sharp, black and white, vector artwork. If submitted artwork is not suitable for reproduction, we reserve the right to "clean up" the image without approval if charges do not exceed $35.00 . Should necessary charges exceed this amount, you will be contacted for prior approval.
ENGRAVING CHARGES - FREE Engraving etch area with personalization. FREE Setup includes basic layout as long as approved artwork is supplied. Additional charges may apply for special need projects. Please discuss with your project manager.
MINIMUM ORDER - There is NO minimum order required.
PROOFS - Proofs are always FREE!!! Proofs are generated 3-4 days after your order has been placed for all standard lead times. For rush orders , your proofs will arrive within 24-48 hours.
COLORFILL - Please check with your project manager to obtain information about available colors . An additional charge of $7.50 per piece will apply.
PACKAGING - The item detail page describes the exact packaging available for our awards. In a few cases, due to the size of the award packaging may not be available.
SAMPLES - Random samples will be memo billed at item cost plus shipping. Samples must be returned within 30 days . We will credit your invoices less freight when they are returned. Spec. samples are available at $10 plus cost of the item and shipping once a purchase order has been received.
SHIPPING - - Orders are shipped UPS prepaid with shipping charges added to the invoice. All orders F.O.B., Hollywood , Florida . C.O.D. orders are available and special shipping requests must be confirmed via email or fax. A $10 handling charge will apply for all orders shipped via third party.
OVERRUNS/UNDERRUNS - We ship exact quantities
ENCLOSURES - Please consult your project manager for specifics.
DROP SHIPMENTS - - We can drop ship direct to location. Preprinted labels suitable for mailing must be supplied and an extra charge of $10 per package will apply.
FREIGHT CLAIMS/BREAKAGE - for breakage must be made with the carrier within 3 days upon receipt of shipment. In the event of breakage, be sure to save all cartons and packaging for inspection. Title to goods passes to buyer at F.O.B. point.
MERCHANDISE RETURNS - Please discuss with your project manager to receive authorization.

PRODUCTION TIME - Please allow 5-7 business days from art approval for shipping.
RUSH ORDERS We will make every effort to accommodate your needs. We do not charge anything additional for rush orders other than the cost required to get your crystal/glass shipped into our etching facility. Custom orders are subject to additional lead time depending on the project. Contact your project manager for special requirements. You will be notified of approximate shipping costs to be added to your order.
We also keep some of our online products in stock at our etching facility to accommodate your needs. If you are flexible with the design of your crystal or glass award, one of our experts can offer you a couple suggestions for your event. It will save you time and money. We are often able to ship these awards out within 24-48 hours or as needed. IMPORTANT - Do not delay your order if all you are waiting for is artwork or personalization . Get your order in today so we can cut and polish your glass and crystal. That way when you are ready with the artwork, your awards are waiting for you at our etching facility.

TRADEMARKS - Liability for correct use of a trademark rests with the customer. We reserve the right to photograph or show as samples, items produced by us without any liability on our part as to trademark or artwork rights. Most of the logos shown in this catalog are from our customers and used for display purposes only. Endorsement of any products should not be implied in any case. All photographs are the sole property of Fine Awards. Any use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
TERMS OF SALE - All orders must be paid in full upon inception of order. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express . Alternate forms of payment are accepted. Please call finance to discuss. No items will be shipped till full payment is received.
