Whether one piece or 1000 pieces, we do not etch your beautiful awards until you have signed off on your art proofs . Our team is happy to make changes as needed and committed to absolute perfection . Once you sign off on your proofs we guarantee your awards will arrive exactly as you approved otherwise your replacements are FREE of charge including all costs required to get your replacements to you before your event.
